Working at Naturaily as IT Recruiter means cooperating with HR and Delivery Departaments in order to find suitable candidates. Currently, we are entering new markets so there are a lot of challenges to be faced. Are you ready to help us succeed? We are waiting for you!
Your duties:
  • identifying ideal sources to generate quality resumes that fit a given position
  • actively searching the market and looking for candidates using online databases
  • building an internal database of candidates
  • conducting screenings and assisting with the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • taking care of the entire recruitment process cycle
  • responding to projects demands in regards to recruitment needs

We need you to be:
  • min. 1-2 years of experienced in IT recruitment in similar companies or dedicated recruitment agencies
  • very good use of the English language (min B2 level)
  • highly motivated and able to work both individually and also with the team
  • able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • outstanding in communication and interpersonal relations
It would be great if you:
  • are open-minded and independent
  • have an interest in digital products, e-commerce and software development
