 The PositionAs Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for advising on and managing of talent acquisition in Polish Affiliate. The Affiliate includes 3 commercial business areas and Clinical Development Centre covering 16 countries.Your main responsibilities will include: 
  • Driving the end to end talent acquisition process for clinical or commercial positions ranging from assistant to senior specialists
  • Advising, assisting and challenging the hiring managers from the start-up meeting to the final selection of candidate so he/she feels safe and professionally assisted throughout the entire process
  • Acting as a strategic advisor for managers and HR Business Partners in your business areas.

 QualificationsAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist your drive makes it natural for you to manage a host of different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve accomplishing your goals.To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
  • Hold a master's degree
  • Be fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Have several years of experience as a recruitment partner or talent acquisition advisor in an HR Department or in recruitment agency
  • Be used to handle multiple recruitment projects at the same time
  • Perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area
  • Be a team-player and thrive in working in a matrix organization
 On a personal level you are able to maintain a strategic overview while dealing with details, and you can be trusted to handle a complete area of recruitment both operationally and strategically. You use this ability to flex from strategic to operational support when acting as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders.
