We are looking for someone who will expand our team of developers with more footballers, runners, travellers, dog / cat lovers or skaters. We hire great, trustworthy people so that we can optimize for free & flexible culture. Salary: 5,000 - 8,000 PLN brutto per month (Type of contract? It's your choice ✌️ )Location: Białystok
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment from candidate acquisition to pre-onboarding process (mainly IT roles).
  • Sourcing and active acquisition of candidates, using various recruitment techniques (direct search, headhunting, Boolean Search etc.)
  • Editing and publishing job offers on recruitment portals and social media.
  • Constant building and development of relationships with Hiring Managers through comprehensive support and advice at every stage of recruitment.
  • Participation in the development of tools improving the effectiveness of recruitment and in various HR and EB projects.
  • Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment process.
  • Regularly tracking pipeline activity to share with Team Leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum one year of experience in recruiting in the IT area.
  • Knowledge of the sources and methods of acquiring candidates.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Polish (B2).
  • Great work organization and the ability to prioritize the tasks performed.
  • Analytical skills.
