Salary: 16.500 - 19.000 PLN, B2B

About us: 
 
We are PeakData, a Swiss-based AI & Big Data startup developing an end-to-end data product to assist pharma companies in the drug launch process. On average, it takes at least ten years for a new medicine to complete the journey from initial discovery to the marketplace, with clinical trials alone taking six to seven years on average. So we're on the mission!  
 
One of our main challenges is in obtaining real-time insights from publicly available data sources such as social media, open web, research and medical publications, and many others. Would you do it arm to arm with us? :) 
 
What your role will be: 
  
As a Senior Tech HR Business Partner at PeakData, you will work within our HR team. You'll represent our company and culture, explore, and utilize different sources to attract the best talent. You will be the first point of contact to our candidates and PeakData’s culture advocate. You will be planning, developing, and implementing TA strategies together with our management team. You will be leading hiring processes and you'll have responsibility for the full TA cycles.  
 
The collaboration will always be key, favored to individual contributions. You are expected to listen and discuss, and always support your colleagues when you can. You will get support and guidance from the whole team, and will always be respected for who you are, and for sharing your thoughts and perspectives. You will mostly work on: 
 
Recruitment: 
  • Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 
  • Searching for candidates through different sources and creating a pipeline of candidates for various technologies 
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle: screening resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and being their point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process 
  • Keeping the database up-to-date in Jira 
  • Drafting and publishing job postings, coordinating signing contracts 
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need 
 
Processes in HR: 
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles 
  • Analytics and compare external labour market with company needs and proactive responding to it 
  • Building relationships and collaborating with our hiring managers – guide, support, explain, understand, and challenge them to help define hiring needs 
  • Act as an advocate for candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Acquainted with Polish labour law 
  • Showing us where we can improve 
 
Employer Branding: 
  • Preparing engaging content and publishing it on social media 
  • Representing the company’s vision and mission and promoting PeakData’s employer brand  
The ideal skillset:
  • Adequate In-house recruiting experience, preferably within an international and fast-paced (tech) environment 
  • Experience working with different applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools 
  • A hands-on and friendly people person who loves to work independently and who rather sees the glass half full instead of half-empty 
  • Being organized, having the ability to develop hiring strategies and profiles 
  • A team player by heart (but also someone who can manage different stakeholders) 
  • A fast thinker and someone who’s keen & committed to taking on challenges, projects, and initiatives 
  • Experience in creating awareness of a company brand and ability to establish professional relationships with candidates 
  • We would love if you have ideas on setting up and nurturing talent communities 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • A person gifted in languages; English and Polish are a must. Any other language is highly welcome 
  • A higher degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant discipline is a plus
