WHAT WE EXPECT?We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner responsible for internal HR processes
Your responsibilities:
  • Act as a partner to our leaders in all matters related to employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with our teams and managers to constantly improve employee experience, engagement, performance and productivity
  • Proactively identify needs of the teams, managers, and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions
  • Develop people leadership standards and practices, and co-designing leadership development models to strengthen leadership capabilities and skills
  •  Conduct market research and testing new approaches and best practice
  • Analyze HR metrics, draw conclusions and give recommendations to management
Our requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR Partnering experience (preferably in an international tech company)
  • Leadership – strong experienced HR BP with a track record in all fields of HR
  • HR experience across a broad range of disciplines
  • Ability to create solutions that address the business needs of the organization
  • Strategic business & operational execution capabilities
  • Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1)
