Platige   Image,   a   production,   animation,   post-production,   and   special   effects studio, cooperating with companies such as Netflix, HBO or SONY, as well as popular video game publishers, are looking for a Senior Recruiter. We expect you to be very independent and flexible in   addition   to   being open in contacts with our developers. This person (like Woody Harrelson in most of his productions) will play a significant role in supporting our Hiring Managers. If you know how to find people with rare skills, want to develop our tools and manage talents, you can play a key role in shaping our team!
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL
  • Independently leading recruitment processes (permanent and project-based recruitments).
  • Screening and selection of applications, conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Active building of the database of the best candidates.
  • Submission and negotiation of offers.
  • Development of HR tools and support our HR Lead in measuring recruitment processes.
  • Close cooperation with the Marketing team in the field of Employer Branding.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPIERIENCE
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing recruitment projects independently.
  • Fluent in English allowing for easy recruitment processes in this language.
  • Experience in recruiting people for various positions (from the assistant level, to experts and management staff).
  • Ability to build good relationships with people, excellent communication - we are looking for a Team Player!
  • Very well organized.
