Join our dedicated team as a Recruitment Associate and play a crucial role in the heart of our operations. In this position, you’ll be key in scouting for talent, understanding what our clients are looking for, and making sure our recruitment process runs like a well-oiled machine.

Your responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment Processes: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job postings to onboarding, ensuring an outstanding experience for all stakeholders.
• Foster Client & Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct Market Research: Identify industry trends, assess talent availability, and provide insights to clients using cutting-edge tools.
• Drive Strategic Planning: Work with the team to design innovative recruitment strategies that deliver high-quality results.
• Craft Winning Profiles: Prepare compelling candidate presentations, highlighting their strengths and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate & Share Success: Work closely with our team, exchanging ideas and best practices to achieve shared goals.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German, Dutch, Spanish, Czech, or other EU languages is a significant advantage.
