We help big brands create websites in scale using reusable components. We provide RDX/CMS, Cloud, Security and full Content Support to grow business online efficiently. Our aim is to create agile, disrupting & light solutions with focus on efficiency and pro-active cooperation with clients. Our main tool is RDX (CMS) built on top of reusable components paradigm which proved to be very effective. Second solution we deliver is e-commerce platform for Automotive industry. Currently we are working with 90 countries focusing on Jaguar & Land Rover brands with big aim to scale our solutions to other brands and industries.
After period where team leads were responsible for recruitment we grow up to stage where we need professional internal help and guidance in IT Recruitment. We were growing steadily for recent 10 years and we have now 32 multinational team members.
How can you grow with us?
- You will have opportunity to have huge impact on us and option to build HR almost from scratch. You will work with team leads, CEO, CTO on daily basis.
- You will have opportunity to recruit in multiple areas from Trainees in Content teams to Senior IT developers in both technical and business areas of our business.
- You will have opportunity to launch HR programs on your own and grow with us building our future HR strategy.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Moving our end-to-end recruitment processes to new levels.
- Running end-to-end recruitment in different sources and at all stages (sourcing, outreach, screening) for open positions (Web Administrators, Programmers and all other positions),
- Conducting and improving the onboarding process (introduction to the company, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Maintaining a positive candidate experience – developing a quality relationship with all candidates,
- Working closely with Team Leads and CEO, CTO.
- Impacting on our Organigram and optimising our structure.
- Helping with events organisation (Xmas party etc.)
- Supporting 360 overviews, Raises approval etc.
- Taking care of our diversity and cultural variety
What we're looking for:
- 2 years of related recruitment experience, preferably in IT, Software House, Software Product company.
- Fluent Polish and at least very good English – we work with British brands and a lot of daily work is in English so you need to evaluate candidates English skills too
- Good Project Management skills - you are first spark of HR department and we hope you will organise it and fire it up for future
- Easy going attitude and open mind.
- Writing skills to prepare better ads than our CEO did this time.
