We are just about to embark on our second ramp up phase and as a result we are looking to hire an IT Recruiter who can network and headhunt the best IT Talent that Wroclaw and Poland has to offer.Here's what we're looking for:

Minimum of half year of recruitment experience.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, specifically LinkedIn recruiter.
Fluent Polish and good command of English.

You'd be a great fit if you:

Have great interpersonal skills and can mix well in a team, you will be working with another recruiter in Wroclaw and reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition in Dublin.
Are a quick learner and have excellent communication skills.
Enjoy working in an environment with a lot of context and minimal guidance.
We are ideally looking to speak to candidates who are available within a short time frame.
