Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with business management to consult and guide decision-making on HR topics and to support with HR operation services end-to-end
  • Implements and applies HR policies and guidelines in assigned part of the organization.
  • Plans, ensures and / or executes  HR-related operations and processes (such as payroll inputs, merit increases or annual bonuses).
  • Prepares and implements HR projects
  • Provides advice on HR-related matters.
  • Facilitates in critical cases and personal issues.
  • Idea Management
Your qualifications:
  • University degree preferably in HR, economics or related sciences
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven & demonstrated experience in similar position
  • Experience from Shared Service Center environment is a significant advantage
  • Very good oral & written level of English
  • Good knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word™, Excel™ and PowerPoint™), databases and online platforms
  • Flexible, customer oriented, agile team player but capable for individual accomplishments, decision-making ability, conceptual thinking, very strong communicator
