Senior Recruiter - Blue Collar Positions

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter – Blue Collar Positions to lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce categories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing blue-collar talent across industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, facilities management, oil & gas, and related sectors. This role requires expertise in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, field recruitment, and workforce planning while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles (e.g., technicians, operators, drivers, helpers, machine operators, welders, electricians, plumbers, etc.)

• Handle bulk and mass hiring campaigns

• Develop effective sourcing strategies, including field hiring, job fairs, trade centers, local networks, and referral programs.

• Build and maintain a strong blue-collar talent pipeline

• Ensure timely closure of open positions within the agreed timeline

• Conduct interviews and initial assessments.

• Verify trade skills, certifications, and documentation.

• Ensure candidates meet compliance and safety standards

  Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to blue-collar

• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, facilities, oil & gas, or similar sectors preferred.
