Due to the development of the company, we are looking for candidates for the listed below position:

Payroll Specialist (for temporary workers)

Your responsibilities:

• attending to payroll preparations and calculation of the remuneration of temporary workers on foreign projects
• settlement of temporary workers' costs - calculation of allowances, business trips, mileage
• conducting appropriate payroll documentation
• preparing payroll reports and analyses
• maintaining contact with employees on topics related to remuneration

Our requirements:

• student or graduate in accounting or finance;
• native Polish speaker and minimum English B2 level
• experience in a similar position would be an asset,
• operating MS Excel at an advanced level and having very good knowledge of other MS Office programs
• high personal culture - communication effectiveness - the ability to explain payroll elements to employees
• accuracy, analytical thinking, efficiency - very good work organization,
• task-oriented and able to work under time pressure
