ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Do you have experience in HR and want to develop it further? As a Recruitment Specialist at Setapp, you will have great independence in managing recruitment and employer branding processes as well as other projects. You will actively participate in the preparation of employer branding campaigns, and you will be responsible for cooperation with our partners and organizing internal and external events.
Your goal will be to attract new talent with the help of tailor-made campaigns with the use of modern tools. As a Recruitment Specialist you will:
- manage recruitment for different technical and non-technical positions
- take care of a positive candidate experience
- manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and other people involved in the recruitment process
- take part in the direct search and establishment of the initial contact with prospective candidates
- introduce and initiate improvements in HR processes
- cooperate with the marketing team
- develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies and other initiatives, e.g. mentoring and internship programs
REQUIREMENTS
- experience in planning and coordinating recruitment processes
- advanced knowledge of English spoken and written (B2/C1)
- experience in direct search and knowledge of how to effectively acquire the best talent
- highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
- be up-to-date with HR, employer branding, and new technologies
- knowledge of recruitment tools and methods
- good sense of humor, positive personality, being ready to work together in an inclusive culture based on mutual feedback
- sharing values such as curiosity, courage, and trust in your professional life
