HR Compliance Officer

We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer to join our HR Expert Center in Warsaw, responsible for legal support and clarification for local HR teams, audit coordination and risk handling, and data collection and process documentation. What You Will Do

• Provide legal guidance to local HR teams, supporting compliance and ensuring clarity in daily HR-related matters

• Coordinate audits across HR areas, handling risks and ensuring processes align with applicable regulations and data protection

• Manage data collection and maintain clear documentation of HR processes to support transparency and accuracy

• Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliant data privacy statements across HR documentation

• Support training initiatives to enhance compliance awareness across HR teams and partner departments

• Contribute to the development of standardized HR compliance frameworks across different jurisdictions

What You Bring

• Experience applying HR compliance principles in an international or multi‑country HR environment, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and cross‑border collaboration

• Ability to coordinate audits and manage risks with structured, reliable and detail‑oriented work methods

• Strong skills in documenting HR processes and ensuring accurate and transparent data handling

•  Interest in maintaining regulatory updates and supporting local teams with practical compliance guidance

• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple compliance topics in a structured and calm manner

• Fluent English skills; German, Spanish or French language knowledge is considered an advantage
