
We are currently looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist to join our Back Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR and payroll operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the company.
Main Responsibilities
Archiving HR and payroll documentation
Preparing employee documentation
Contact with employees and line managers (sending welcome emails, informing Line Managers about ending contracts, coordinating signature of annexes)
Maintaining personal employee files
Ongoing cooperation with other internal departments
Supporting employees in matters related to labor law
Assisting with benefits administration
Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2
Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
Experience in a similar role or willingness to grow in this area
Nice to have: knowledge of HR and payroll processes and basic labor law
Additional Information
This role is based in our Wroclaw office and requires working on-site five days a week during the first three months.
It is a temporary role covering an absence until 31/08/2026, with the possibility of extension.
