IT RECRUITER / PEOPLE PARTNER

StratsLab is a strategic IT consulting company where you will meet people with high programming skills and take part in interesting projects. StratsLab was founded by MIMUW alumni in 2015. We worked for several years at top-tier investment banks and hedge funds in London. Now we implement projects for clients from the financial and energy sectors in Poland, Germany, UK, USA. We work mostly with Python, there are also projects in C++, Go, Rust, TypeScript.

We are a team of ~20 people and plan to grow rapidly. We need an experienced IT Recruiter to join our company and over time to become a People Partner!

The scope of responsibilities

• Recruitment of developers at all levels, including direct search
• Recruitment process improvements
• Cooperation with external recruitment agencies and job portals
• Employer Branding activities (starting almost from scratch)
• New Team Members Onboarding
• Integration activities
• Other People issues within our Team (to be developed)

Our Expectations

• At least 2 years IT recruitment experience is a must, including active search projects
• Hands-on attitude, creativity, initiative and open-mindedness
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Decision-making and self-motivation
• Ability to learn and adapt to a new environment quickly
• Drive to become a People & Business Partner for the Team
• Goal orientation
• Proficiency in English
