WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Collaborating with Leadership and HR Product Development Team to build leadership capability;
  • Supporting Leadership in hiring processes for key positions & labor law advisory;
  • Co-creating HR and transformation strategy, actively search and propose HR solutions, methods of working and process set up that positively influence company’s growth, efficiency increase and quality of management;
  • Partner with the Leadership to foster a high-performance culture through high levels of employee engagement;
  • Facilitating HR programmes eg. talent management and succession, annual performance cycle, promotion process, leadership onboarding;
  • Providing insightful data analysis of key people metrics to guide decision making;
  • Planning workforce (internal, external) and managing the personal cost.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • Have about 3 years as HRBP experience;
  • Are fully professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Have good knowledge of labor law;
  • Have leadership courage and proactiveness;
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all level;
  • Are able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines;

Our HR Department is Agile! As a HR Business Partner you will work closely with business to help them achieve their business objectives and enhance overall business performance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with four other experienced HRBPs and HR controlling experts. You will also cooperate with HR Administration, as well as with three Expert Teams developing excellent HR products: Talent Aquisition & Employer Brand, Growth & Performance and Dream Workplace to confront their ideas and products with specific business needs that you know best. You will work directly with HR board members: HR, CEO and Finance. Your main responsibilities will include co-creation and execution of HR strategy to support our business transformation and business needs.
