Opis stanowiska

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (from sourcing to offer and preonboarding stage).
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and HR team to understand recruitment needs and strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates through various channels (Linkedin, job boards, social media).
  • Creating and posting job advertisements and promoting them effectively.
  • Ensuring a seamless and positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring the quality of recruitment data in ATS systems and internal documentation.
  • Promoting T Hub at job fairs, in external employer branding activities​.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably including 1 year of experience in in-house recruitment or on RPO projects).
  • Proven ability to source and attract IT talent using diverse tools and methods.
  • Well organised individual work, attention to details, good analytical skills​.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Can-do attitude, willingness to develop in the area of internal HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills (C1) both written and spoken.
  • German language knowledge would be treated as an asset.

  1. Let’s meet to better understand each other's expectations. Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.
  2. Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application. There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.
  3. Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members. We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.
  4. Time to decide! At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
