Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates for data-related roles, including data engineering, data warehouses, and system integrations. Additionally, the recruiter will focus on profiles specializing in digital transformation implementation projects. We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, and operates autonomously, with a preference for candidates who have a wide network on LinkedIn or within the IT space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting:
  • Identify and engage top talent for data-focused roles such as data engineers, data warehouse specialists, and system integration experts.
  • Source candidates who specialize in digital transformation implementation projects.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build a network of engineers in the enterprise segment

  • Candidate Management:
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to hire.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment system.

  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Networking:
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on data roles and digital transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in data engineering, data warehouse, and system integration roles.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly within the enterprise segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly autonomous with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Preferred: Extensive network on LinkedIn or within the IT community.

Nice to Have:

  • Established connections within the IT and data engineering communities.
  • Private equity experience
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
