Location: Poznan OR Warsaw
What challenges await you?
- Conducting designated recruitment and selection processes for Customer Support roles
- Acquiring candidates from various sources
- Leading Assessment Center sessions
- Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events
- Taking care of the full cycle hiring process
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities
- Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners
- Maintaining candidate database, processing candidate data and ensuring the confidentiality
What do we expect?
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2
- Fluent Polish
- Desired: Higher education in human resources management, psychology
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques
- Analytical thinking skills
- Team orientation & reliability
- Basic knowledge of labour law
