Your main role as IT Recruiter is finding best candidates that suit company needs, building amazing candidate experience as well as supporting other specialists on board to ensure Tooploox is a place people want to work in.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in IT Recruiter position.
Understanding of HR fundamentals (building and conducting HR processes)
Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing methods.
Fluency in English and Polish, both in writing and speaking (at least C1 level).
Amazing communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes: from establishing recruitment processes with the team to submitting and negotiating a job offer. Might include active searching or ad-hoc recruitment related Employer Branding activities.
Delivering a remarkable Candidate Experience.
Leading or participating in activities related to other HR topics, such as onboarding and offboarding, salary raises, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion.
