Junior Recruitment Specialist

What challenges await you?​

• Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates, ensuring full understanding of requirements and timelines;​

• Deliver a smooth and positive candidates experience;​

• Acquiring candidates from various sources;​

• Leading Assessment Center sessions;​

• Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events;​

• Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities;​

• Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners;​

• Maintaining candidates database, processing candidates data and ensuring the confidentiality.​

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;​

• Fluency in written and verbal English is essential;​

• Fluency in written and verbal Polish;​

• Knowledge of recruitment techiniques;​

• Analitical thinking skills;​

• Team orientation & reliability;​

• Basic knowledge of labour law;​

• Desired: Higher education in human resources managment, psychology.​
