In this role, you not only want to help recruiters find value in Traffit, but also help them become better, happier recruiters outside of the tool we offer. You are not limited to how you offer our users value.
You are excited to offer pro-active advice to 150 customers on a monthly basis. We don’t only talk to customers who ask questions, we try to add value to the customers who are already happy.
You have ideas on how to deliver a 5 star customer experience and you are ready to work in the freedom to create this the way you feel is best. We don’t give scripts here.

You see an offer between 4848 to 8001 PLN gross + bonus (that’s an equivalent of 8 to 14th level on our salary pathway) as enough potential to get started at Traffit. If you are growing, Traffit is growing, and your salary and promotions will reflect that.
It’s a role when you’ll come to the office located in Gdynia once a week on Tuesday or more if you want to. We use this moment weekly to connect as a team, discuss common challenges our customers face and more importantly to interact with other departments and leadership. This is not negotiable for this position.
