In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes 🔄, to fulfill our Client's requests, while being compliant with Transcom's innovative ways of working 🚀, using the ATS system, online assessment tools 🛠️, and many others. You will be supporting the German 🇩🇪 and Polish 🇵🇱 Team, working from Poland (remotely 🏠, or in a hybrid model 🌐 - it depends on you).
You will be responsible for:
📋 Leading and planning E2E recruitment processes in Germany and Poland.
📅 Planning, organization, and implementation of recruitment measures.
🤝 Cooperation with external institutions (employment agencies, service providers, etc.).
📞 Contacting applicants by telephone and video calls.
🏢 Organization and implementation of assessment centers.
🗂️ Administrative applicant and new-hire management.
🎯 Support and implementation of initiatives to attract applicants (e.g. through online campaigns, employee referral programs, external marketing).
🔍 Investigate market trends and make recommendations to improve recruitment efforts.

✅ Professional experience in the field of recruiting.
💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
🗣️ Strong written and spoken German 🇩🇪 and Polish 🇵🇱 skills (min. C1 is a must).
📚 Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B2 is a must).
