  • Support and coordinate performance review processes and performance-related cases

  • Work closely with Engineering Managers and the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) on people and delivery topics

  • Act as a JIRA expert: create and maintain reports and dashboards providing visibility into consultants’ workload and capacity

  • Proactively follow up on missing information, priorities, and inconsistencies in JIRA

  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to ensure smooth delivery and proper planning

  • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose improvements to increase team effectiveness

  • Support project management activities, including documentation, coordination, and release planning with stakeholders

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, delivery operations, project management, or a similar role in an IT / consulting environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including reporting and dashboard creation

  • Good understanding of software delivery processes and consultants’ workload planning

  • Experience working with performance reviews and performance management processes

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive improvements independently

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote and multicultural environment

  • Strong people skills with the ability to build trust and motivate team members

  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)

  • Preferred location: Lublin or Warsaw

We offer:

  • Participation in interesting and challenging projects.

  • Flexible working hours.

  • A great, non-corporate atmosphere.
