Responsibilities:
· End to end recruitment process for Polish unit and international openings
· Sourcing candidates using different channels including networking, headhunting, social media and dealing with recruitment agencies
· Developing an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and creating the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
· Place internal / external adverts and undertake proactive candidate search
· Consulting / advising the hiring managers on the labor market conditions and best sourcing strategy
· Coordinating communication with candidates on every stage of recruitment process
· Scheduling logistics for video interviews (job descriptions, CVs, rooms booking, timetables, travel requirements)
· Delivering extensive reports on recruitment activities
· Coordinating onboarding process including pre-employment activities and introduction trainings
· Taking part in job fairs and Employer Branding activities
· Perform other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Excellent spoken and written English and Polish required (other language is a plus)
· A degree in Human Resources/ Management or equivalent
· Experience in Recruiting within an international company
· Proficiency in computer skills
· Being self-starter with initiative, extraordinary level of communication and interpersonal skills
