Travelplanet.pl as a part of WP Holding is a prominent pan-European online travel agency with over 1000 team members.

We have a variety of online travel platforms that cater to different aspects of travel and accommodation. These platforms include Invia.cztravelplanet.pl, which offers a wide range of summer and winter tours; Ab-in-den-Urlaub.de, which provides last-minute trips, vacation packages, apartments, flights, rental cars, and a platform that provides flight offers from over 550 airlines; and several others, each specializing in various facets of travel and accommodation. 


Our story is marked by rapid growth and expansion, having entered seven countries within two years. We merged operations from different countries to form the current structure as the dominant online player in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) regions.

We are focused on expanding our position in the online travel market and aim to be a one-stop-shop package platform for customers, offering everything from traditional package tours to tailored individual trips. We operate in several European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.  

 

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will join our team for at least 6 months. This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for the Technology teams. This role provides a high level of autonomy and flexibility as well as the opportunity to work closely with top talents.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Active candidate sourcing.

  • Conducting candidate screenings.

  • Organizing kick-off meetings and gathering requirements from stakeholders.

  • Recommending candidates to Hiring Managers.

  • Preparing and providing feedback.

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates according to established processes.

  • Ensuring a top-quality Candidate Experience.

  • Ensuring the smooth flow of all process stages and operational efficiency.

  • Advising on recruitment strategy.

  • Providing daily updates on recruitment progress.

  • Working closely with IT Global Recruiter and Tech People Team.

 

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, including min. 3 years in IT environment.

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house), with a track record of successfully filling technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of the IT market and technical terminologies to effectively screen candidates and partner with Hiring Managers specifically in technologies such as React, Golang and PHP.

  • Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from conducting kick-off meetings to extending offers and onboarding.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers.

  • Focus on Candidate Experience, ensuring professional and timely communication at every stage of the process.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a disciplined approach to data hygiene and reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Fluent English (B2/C1+) allowing for seamless communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

  • Communicative German (B1/B2) will be an advantage.
