HR Specialist for Marine Projects / Ship Repairs

Workplace: Gdańsk; 

Main Responsibilities:

• regular communication with the management and project implementation teams,
• provide project staffing according to established requirements,
• responsibility for verifying, completing and archiving employee documentation,
• preparing change proposals for schedules and staffing plans and updating the rotation plan in the system,
• cooperation with the HR department and training providers to ensure training compliance, including mandatory certifications, travel readiness and other requirements,
• managing all practical aspects of staff changes and rotations and supporting travel-related activities,
• ensuring effective communication throughout the projects.,
• supervision and responsibility for legal formalities, including visas, work permits, leave, and certifications,
• updating of HR systems.

Position requirements

• minimum of secondary education required,
• experience in similar positions and projects is preferred,
• good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• strong communication skills in both Polish and English,
• high personal culture and effective communication skills,
• independence in organizing one's own tasks and responsibilities
• openness to new challenges and opportunities.
• confidence and strong self-management skills in stressful situations.
