Offshore Project Coordinator – Team Leader

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a small, talented team, plan and oversee their work, implement improvements, and support continuous development to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with the Project Manager, Supervisors, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution and team synergy.
- Build Project Teams: Assemble the right crew for each project, plan staff rotations, and coordinate with the project team to meet staffing needs.
- Coordinate Logistics: Make sure all team members are ready to travel by organizing transportation, accommodations, equipment, and all necessary documents (including visas and permits).
- Support Training and Compliance: Oversee essential training, insurance registration, and handle all necessary documentation for employee and client settlement in partnership with other departments.
- Client and Project Communication: Maintain contact with clients regarding work teams, assist with system registrations, provide required documentation, and facilitate employee mobilization.
- Strategic Planning and Growth: Plan long-term staffing for projects, take part in recruitment, and actively work to grow our talent pool.
- Reporting: Maintain close communication and provide regular updates to management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resource Management.
- Relevant experience in a similar role; experience with offshore projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel internationally to project sites as needed.
- Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Independence in organizing work for yourself and the team, and a confident, adaptable approach to new challenges.
- Ability to stay composed and perform well under stress.
