We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge to join our People Team. The HRBP will be responsible for supporting managers and employees in achieving business goals by implementing HR strategies, analyzing data, and providing recommendations within the entrusted area. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and change agent - someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives while developing smart and long-lasting solutions.

People Department

The general goal of the People Department is to facilitate the achievement of business goals by maximising employee value, while taking care of employee satisfaction and well-being.

We are responsible for the company's people strategy and every HR project and process. This includes acquiring new people, payroll with all HR operations as well as supporting employees in the entire spectrum of HR-related matters throughout an employee's life cycle.

Main responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with Leaders and employees and acting as an advisor in HR-related matters.
  • Supporting Leaders in HR processes such as employee development, performance management, succession planning and change management.
  • Empowering Leaders by providing them with the resources, knowledge, skills they need to effectively lead their teams.
  • Working with Leaders and employees to resolve conflicts, promote positive employee relations, maintain a positive work environment, boost morale and reduce turnover.
  • Participating in various HR projects to support our strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with the People Team and other employees to develop and implement HR plans, processes, policies and solutions.
  • Implementing business/organisational changes.
  • Preparing monthly reports regarding turnover, headcount, personnel costs etc. (MS Office&G Suite)
  • Analysing data to recommend systemic improvements and help drive new ways of working.
  • Ensuring HR activities comply with applicable legal regulations and internal company policies.

You will be fairly remunerated – 14000 - 18000 PLN (CoE) (depending on your skills and experience)

Job requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in human resource management, psychology, sociology or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with HR data.
  • Proficient in Excel, including the ability to create advanced reports, analyses, and charts.
  • Readiness to work in a scaleup dynamic environment (where business often comes first).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • High sense of ownership, proactivity and problem solving skills..
  • Ability to manage changes and adapt quickly
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Availability to work from our Warsaw office three times a week.
