
Key responsibilities:
✅ Using social media networks (for example LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
✅ Attracting top talents across the Europe, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies (Boolean Search, Google Search)
✅ Interacting with professionals on various platforms for IT professionals (GitHub, Stack Overflow and others)
✅ Reviewing online profiles of candidates and recommending the best candidates to Recruitment Specialists
✅ Writing e-mails with job offers matching the Candidates’ profiles
✅ Logging the information about the candidates in the ATS System
Skills and attributes for success:
✅ Excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills (C1/C2)
✅ Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases will be an asset
✅ Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
✅ Experience as Sourcer/Researcher is a plus
