About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish across all levels of the organization. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will leverage your local market expertise to guide decision-making and ensure a seamless hiring process.
What the role involves
• Own the full recruitment cycle, from initial job briefing to offering, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods (job boards, sourcing tools, networking, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships and understanding their team needs and goals.
• Leverage your local market knowledge to provide insights and recommendations on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve processes.
• Participate in industry events and provide ad-hoc support for employer branding activities.
About you
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment across all levels of the organization.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment is nice to have.
• In-depth knowledge of the local job market, including talent and salary benchmarks.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Polish (C1 level).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (preferably Workable).
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
