After securing $4 million in funding at the beginning of 2021, we are looking forward to expanding our team in Warsaw.
We are looking for Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our growing people team in Warsaw. This is what you’ll be doing:
- Conducting recruitment processes with active and passive candidates,
- Delivering impacable candidate experience,
- Managing job board postings, ensuring they are compelling and positioned for maximum effectiveness,
- Updating recruitment system (ATS) to reflect recruitment process and create pipeline,
- Taking ownership of onboarding and document processing for new hires,
- Working on internal and external employer branding,
- Managing other administrative, people-related tasks.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and good phone manner,
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level is a minimum)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Previous IT recruitment and start-up experience,
- Experience in preparing sourcing strategy,
- Positive attitude.
