IT Recruiter

• Conducting IT recruitment end to end - direct search, pre-screening, phone-screening, scheduling recruitment meetings, and keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment process
• Sourcing the best talent on the market (Ruby, Mobile Developers)

• At least 2 years’ experience in IT recruiting
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and willingness to constantly develop your sourcing skills (np. LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-ray Search)
• Manage a full recruitment cycle, owning each stage of the process
• Knowledge of Polish & English at least at C1 level or bilingual abilities
• Interest in professional self-development and 100% engagement in new challenges
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to show initiative, proactive approach
• Ability to research and draw conclusions
