For our client, an international company in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced HR Professional for a key role within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and implement necessary legal updates.
· Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and tracking in Workday.
· Coordinate talent development programs and manage internal talent pipelines (e.g., leadership and succession planning).
· Assist in HR transformation projects to support organizational change.
· Serve as the main contact for global HR teams (People Development, Talent Attraction).
· Provide advice to leaders on HR matters and labor law issues.
· Organize training sessions and workshops aligned with business and employee needs.
· Define local benefit systems and contribute to the development of HR strategy.
Requirements:
· Higher degree in Business, HR or related field.
· Previous experience in a similar position within an industrial company.
· Experience with all HR activities (recruiting, people development, comp and ben, etc.).
· Experience with settings and executing HR strategy.
· Extensive knowledge of Polish labor law.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent English.
· Proficient in MS Office.
