About the Role: A global banking client is seeking a Vendor and Workforce Operations SME to join their Global Defense - Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role is essential in managing vendor relationships and workforce operations, including tracking performance, managing contracts, coordinating mandatory training, and supporting global recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vendor operations, including task tracking and performance reviews.
• Manage contract processes and facilitate approvals.
• Track mandatory training and workforce furloughs.
• Monitor travel and entertainment costs.
• Support global recruitment activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience,
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PowerBI or Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
