Initially, you will help with research and sourcing, i.e., search and contact potential candidates using various methods and tools. It will also be essential to create and manage our 'talent pool'. When you are ready for it, you will conduct the recruitment processes yourself ;)
You can also get involved in additional projects such as Employer Branding.
We expect you to be eager to learn about recruitment, flexibility, and cheerfulness in contact with our developers and all candidates. You will play a vital role in supporting the company's development.
In this role, you will:
- Source candidates for all positions across the company, both technical and non-technical
- Collaborate with leadership to source, manage and close candidates
- Design and deploy tactics for reaching the "unreachable" candidates
- Build projects in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Focus on the best recruiting practices
- Help us reduce our hiring time
- Communicate with potential candidates via online and offline platforms to promote our employer brand, and thus, hire them
- Negotiate and finalise the agreements
- Prepare candidate's blind CVs
- Monitor the recruitment metrics
- Responsible for making interviewing at Applandeo a unique and memorable experience for each and every individual
- Do Employer Branding activities
- Support for the HR team in company-wide projects
- Work under minimal supervision
Start: ASAP
Hours: Fulltime (Monday-Friday)
Mode: Cracow/hybrid
Recruitment process: online discussion on HR topics with Justyna + meeting with Justyna and/or Marcin our CTO
Must have:
- Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Recruiter in an IT recruiting agency
- You have the soul of a researcher, you like finding information and looking for the best solutions
- You should be able to build and organize a strong tech talent pipeline
- You are on time and organize your work perfectly
- You ask when you don't know something
- You like to work in an unconventional way or on tasks that require creativity
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- A sharp eye for details for accuracy
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize
- Knowledge of the Polish language
- Very good knowledge and free communication in English
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge about Polish Labour Law
- You can create simple graphics, e.g., in Canva (for communication in social media)
- You are interested in EB topics
