Currently our Recruitment Team is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner (RBP).

How does the team looks like?

Recruitment team is composed by nine Recruitment Business Partners, Campus Manager, HR Reporting Specialist, our very own Service Manager and Recruitment Manager. We are an onsite team, based mostly in Bydgoszcz, but we also work from other cities in Poland and Sofia, Bulgaria (where is also located our Global Shared Services Center). On a daily basis we cooperate with the team of Recruiters and HR Admins from both mentioned Global Shared Services Center and placed locally.

What's the mission of RBP?

Generally, our main goal is to realize the recruitment strategy for dedicated Practices/CO&As/Products. We are working for our internal clients (managers) to hire the most suitable for the business needs candidates. We support both, internal and external recruitment. We take part in internal and external events dedicated for potencial candidates. We have a real impact on the initiatives undertaken within the Atos Poland Global Services.


What will be your duties?

  • monitoring the realisation of the recruitment targets by weekly review of fullfillment plan with Recruiters and Business,
  • managing the critical SLAs and KPIs for respective Practices/CO&As/Products,
  • cooperating with Workforce Management team about resource management within the Global Operations Pratices/CO&As,
  • cooperating with HR Business Partners in terms of internal and external processes and initiatives
  • cooperating with Campus Manager in terms of Atos Academies/Bootcamps, internships, jobs fairs and other activities related to students on the job market
  • supervisioning over recruitment trackers and reporting current status of the recruitment process progress
  • providing the market analysis and expertise to the Business,
  • conducting HR interviews and organizing Assesment Center for People Management roles,
  • strictly cooperating with Employer Branding Team by providing the necessary input regarding the business needs and actual market situation
  • taking part in internal and external events to promote Atos as an employee (i. e. Jobs Coffee, AtoChat, Meet the Division event, webinars, etc.)
  • presenting the target accomplishment on the regular meetings with Business.
  • coordinating the Reskilling Programs within Practices/CO&As/Products


What do we expect from the candidate?

  • communicativeness in Polish and English
  • service coordination skills
  • very good soft skills (you have to be communicative, self-driven, flexible and assertive multi-tasker, who`s possitive attitude can easily affect the rest of the team)
  • proactive attitude,
  • general knowledge about MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and using SharePoint.
  • HR related education and/or recruitment experience nice to have
