People Manager

Who we are

Codepole is a fast growing venture enabler & consulting company that focuses on the tech industry. We are experts in finance, product development, and app development with solid experience from tech companies (Google, Tink, Zalando, Kindred) and the financial industry (Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, EY, Kreditech, Advanon). Apart from building our own ventures, we help companies and startups across Europe to excel in their respective fields.

What you’ll do:

• Manage, Improve, and optimize the recruitment process of new talents to join Codepole, taking the company one step further on our growth journey
• Manage one of the channels we use to get our consultants on assignments, taking ownership in ensuring that we maintain a high level of billable hours
• Grow the community within Codepole by organizing and managing culture building events for our team with a substantial budget (we value our people & culture ;))
• Contribute to the development of Codepole in whatever way you can do it the best, be it sharing your knowledge, organizing professional speakers to run workshops for the team, taking part in our client calls, improving on our recruitment process, or planning our next team event

• You are fluent in Polish and professional proficiency in English
