Position Overview:

Provides a range of Human Resources services and advice within an assigned location or division. Works with local management to understand, address and ensure effective resolution of issues related to employee relations, labor relations and associated standard / regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the management of leaders and HR centers to facilitate the administration of salaries, benefits and payroll
  • Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect
  • Records management and related processes and programs
  • Engagaging with local leaders, teams and employees to address / resolve questions relating to HR, people management and related practices. Advises on local legal/ policy requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in progressive levels of human resources
  • Knowladge of payroll processes, calculation of wages, billings is very important
  • Fluent Polish and English advanced level (at least B2)
  • Bachelor's degree required, in human resources, general business, administration, or related field
  • Experience in working with payroll providers is welcome
  • Foundational Knowledge of local regulations and current key rules, laws and regulations related to human resource function
  • Capacity to work independently and in team settings with concentration on the goal and common good
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to multi-task
