About the role

Are you interested in the Human Resources area and want to gain professional experience working in a multinational company?

As an Intern in the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates in the external market using professional platforms and techniques, as well as supporting our team in ongoing recruitment projects and employer branding activities.


How you will get the job done

  • supporting the Talent Acquisition teams in their daily duties
  • creative candidate sourcing using various methods (e.g. direct search, X-ray search)
  • preparing and publishing job ads
  • scheduling interviews
  • ensuring a high level of candidate experience
  • supporting employer branding activities
  • we require the availability of 40h per week 


Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English and Polish
  • strong interest in the Human Resources area
  • working at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture
  • superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills
  • ability to build business relationships
  • flexibility and being comfortable with ambiguity
  • willingness to cooperate on a contract of mandate
