Your role

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Organization of business trips
• Booking accommodations, airline tickets, and other forms of transportation
• Buying other elements connected with business trips (e.g. insurance)
• Cooperation with external suppliers regarding the organization of trips
• Contacting airlines regarding reservations and tickets-related matters
• Cost optimization of travel
• Handling the complaint process toward external suppliers
• Care for individuals during travel and support in various situations
• Taking care of documentation and preparing cost summary
• Working with budgets and researching to suggest updates on the company's travel limits.

Do we have a match?

As a Travel Specialist, you must meet the following criteria:

• Knowledge of systems supporting the organization of business trips (Especially trips to the US)
• Experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication (minimum B2)
• Communicativeness
• Very good organizational abilities
• Responsibility
• Willingness to work with people and help others
• Positive attitude at work
• Full-time availability
