Your responsibilities

• Running complex recruitment projects for all levels positions
• Gathering Hiring Managers requirements and creating recruitment plans and strategies best adjusted to the specific roles
• Building partnership with both local and global stakeholders.
• Delivering high-quality services throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
• Comprehensive reporting, creating presentations and HR analysis, creating automations and optimizations in reporting area
• Supporting Employee satisfaction & Candidate experience activities
• Overviewing hiring and onboarding process by contacting the vendors (recruitment agencies, relocation & immigration companies)

Our requirements

• At least 2 years of similar work experience,
• Very good English skills,
• Understanding current talent acquisition challenges at the market,
• Experience working in international environment,
• Solid stakeholder management skills,
• Familiarity of current HR trends & tools,
• Relevant educational backround.
