We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and talented person to join our Recruitment team. ✨

We believe that anything is possible if you have a specific GOAL and the right people by your side, teamwork makes dream work!

Among other things, we are responsible for preparation of employee documentation, coordinating recruitment meetings between candidates, business and recruiters, dealing with direct search for candidates and carrying out pre-screening.

What will you be responsible for?

🔹schedule interviews

🔹setting end-to-end recruitment processes

🔹support the candidates during the entire recruitment process

🔹direct support for the HR team in recruitment-related activities

🔹preselection of candidates

We will be great match if:

⚡ you want to work 100% remotely

⚡ Russian is your native Language - MUST

⚡ you have ability to wear "multiple hats" at the same time

⚡ your Communication Skills are excellent

⚡ English Language - B2-C1 - MUST

⚡ your Self-organization abilities are great
