We're looking for a talented HR Operations Specialist!

Do you have a passion for people along with next-level organizational skills? We’re hiring a talented HR professional to run local HR processes: operations, office management and administration.

We’re a large, successful tech company with a rapidly growing global presence. You will be part of a global HR team with colleagues based in Europe and Asia, reporting directly to the HR & Office Manager. . 

You will be one of the key contributors to providing excellent operations, office administration and facilities support services to a fast-growing technology company. 


Responsibilities

 

Operations/Administration:

 

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain employee records in HR system and other database platforms
  • Resolving HR service desk tickets
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly & quarterly HR reports and analysis
  • Stay abreast of relevant HR legislation to ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll 


Office/Events:

 

  • Support the smooth running of the daily office operations, proactively picking up and resolving issues and providing timely updates 
  • Initiate and organize employee engagement and team building initiatives
  • Liaise with the wider office facilities staff such as cleaning contractors, security and landlord to maintain office environment with high standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and security
  • Ensure we have a good quality of office equipment, purchase and maintenance when needed
  • Build a good relationship with vendors, providing leadership in negotiating contracts, ensuring agreed service levels are attained, and providing feedback to vendors

 

Requirements:

  • Previous HR generalist experience of working in fast-paced HR team
  • Previous experience of supporting the administration of an office desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, agile, proactive, efficient approach to work with a can-do attitude.
  • High EQ. You’re good with people. 
  • Values punctuality, professional appearance, and attention to detail. 
  • High level of ownership. Feel responsible. Speak up if you see a problem.
