Team Coordinator

What this job involves:

  • Provide excellent quality, quick and responsive services to the team
  • Undertake all administrative tasks required for the daily running of the department,
  • Coordinate with Finance invoicing process for the department
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, marketing documents, PowerPoint presentations, maps, plans, business correspondence, translations, comparisons of offers
  • Undertake and maintain the filling system, organize and coordinate documents circulation
  • Monitor press and other available media to gather market information relevant to the main activities of the department
  • Update CRM database
  • Organize marketing events, coordinate department’s engagement in conferences
  • Organize internal events for the team

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
  • Team player, contributes to own and team objectives, focused on the best outcome for all
  • Self-motivated, confident and energetic
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan your own tasks and take responsibility for the set goals
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Very good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
