We are looking for a proactive Resource Manager to join our team in Warsaw.

The Resource Manager will work closely with the Partnership Manager, focusing on the certification of technological vendors. The primary goal is to establish our presence as a key partner to vendors, showcasing a high level of expertise in various technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the certification potential among existing specialists in desired technologies.
• Scout for specialists in specific domains and assist them in achieving certification in relevant technologies.
• Register specialists' certifications on vendor portals as per partner requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors in selecting specialists for projects.
• Maintain regular communication with contracted specialists to expand their certifications.
• Conduct training sessions and provide consultancy on specialist certification, including overseeing training programs, managing vouchers, partner benefits, webinars, etc.
• Cultivate relationships with partners.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic and open attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in managing certification processes preferred.
