Your responsibilities:

• Processing the monthly and weekly payrolls for selected countries in accordance with relevant legislation through a 3rd party Payroll Provider.
• Cooperating with dedicated Kronos and HR coordinators on onboarding and offboarding of all team members to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Supervising the maintenance of the Kronos T&A system for new starters, terminations, and other employee changes.
• Managing updates to comply with current statutory conditions and rates.
• Supervising the registering of contracts and ensuring contractual changes are current in all systems.
• Providing accurate advice to management and staff on payroll matters.
• Provision of payroll reports to relevant departments.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of EMEA Payroll experience.
• Retail company payroll experience.
• Experience in post M&A or start-up or scale-up.
• English is a must. Any other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in adherence to strict deadlines in a busy environment experiencing exponential growth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix environment.
• Some experience dealing with payroll audits.
