Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR&Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, employee life cycle management, and payroll administration, as well as drive process improvements and coordinate office services. You will work closely with company owners and department heads to make a significant impact on the organization. This is a great opportunity to work with people from around the world, using English as the office language, and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR field (ELC, talent acquisition, payroll), preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish (additional languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • The ability to identify and attract top talent in the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience with performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans (as a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to negotiating job offers
  • Collaborate with the company owners and heads of departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions
  • Oversee onboarding for new employees, employee life cycle, documentation and payroll
  • Assist employees with HR queries and provide support where needed
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as payroll providers and benefits brokers, to ensure the smooth delivery of services
  • Work on process improvement and employee integration
  • Manage the benefit system and performance review process
  • Coordination of the Krakow office service
  • Act as a culture ambassador for the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected
