Department Overview

We are looking for a HR Specialist for the HR Administration department. Our team provides full personnel services inside the company. The Employee in this position will be responsible for providing HR services for employees during employment in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code, i.e. keeping personal files, drawing up employment contracts and annexes to employment contracts, servicing all types of leaves, benefits and preparing work certificates.


Job Description

In this role, an HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting personal administration and benefits, for employees. The person will be also responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers in all personal administration related matters.

Specifically:

  • Supporting personal file administration activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with Polish legislative requirements including relevant paperwork preparation & sign off
  • Maintaining internal and external HR tools and systems e.g. Workday, Płatnik
  • Supporting managers and employees in the area HR administration and procedures
  • Taking part in HR administration related projects



Please note that this a temporary position (about 18 months).


Basic Requirements

  • Educational background and/or experience in HR administration
  • Communicative English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Working under the pressure of time/deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks


Nice to have:

  • Excel, HR administration program e.g. Xpertis, Optima, SAP knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and related law regulations
